I’m a bilingual wellness professional with more than 15 years of experience training everyday people, coaching fitness professionals, and programming live and virtual content for barre, cardio, cycling, HIIT, strength, and yoga classes.

I teach most of my live classes at Equinox clubs in Manhattan, and I also create virtual content for obé Fitness. Previously, I was at bande and exhale, where I was a director during the company’s acquisition by Hyatt and managed talent, programming, and operations across national teams and at units in New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, and other major metros.

At Equinox, I co-created Sculpted Yoga. Incorporating Bala Bangles and hand weights, the class merges Vinyasa flow with low-impact toning exercises to enhance strength, mobility, and balance. It launched in June 2024 and is now offered at Equinox clubs around the world.

Before joining Equinox, I was on the founding team of bande, a fit-tech startup with more than 100 live and virtual workouts each week. I joined in 2020 as national program director, was promoted to senior director of operations and strategy in 2021, and left in 2022 to become a full-time mom. In addition to overseeing bande's programming and virtual-studio strategy, I also taught virtual barre, yoga, and HIIT classes.

Earlier, I spent 12 years at Exhale, helping it grow from a boutique spa into a Hyatt-owned wellness brand with proprietary live-streaming and on-demand content platforms; locations across the United States and the Atlantic; and new unit partnerships throughout the multinational hospitality conglomerate.

I played a key role in the launch and expansion of Exhale On Demand, a subscription-based virtual exercise platform that has expanded the brand's reach into the burgeoning world of interactive, home-based fitness. My on-camera classes in barre, cardio, HIIT, and yoga are still viewed and enjoyed by many of exhale’s members today.

Certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine, I earned a bachelor of fine arts degree, with honors, from the Florida State University. I danced professionally for several years, lastly as member of the modern-contemporary dance company Leopold Group, as well as at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
