Here are three ways we can work together.

Training

I offer virtual and in-person private training to individuals and groups. My specialties include barre, cardio, cycling, HIIT, strength, and yoga. Private sessions can combine multiple approaches, and I personalize all instruction for your specific body, fitness level, and goals.

Coaching

I coach beginning, intermediate, and advanced fitness professionals on in-person and on-camera instruction. Instructors I’ve coached have gone on to become top talent at leading fitness brands — including a few they have launched on their own.

Events

I’ve planned and led fitness sessions for corporate retreats, offices, conferences, charity events, grand openings, and other large events. If there’s a crowd and time for a workout, then I can help you add a wellness component to your next event.
